By using liferiseacademy.com, submitting a form, contacting us, registering for a session or purchasing a program, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy.

  • Phone or WhatsApp number;

  • Coaching goals, challenges and form responses;
  • Program preferences;
  • Payment amount, status and transaction reference;

  • Communication preferences and consent records;

  • Advertisement source, campaign and UTM information.

Please do not send passwords, OTPs, UPI PINs, complete card information, medical records or other unnecessary sensitive information through forms, email or WhatsApp.

2. How We Use Information

  • Provide onboarding, program access and learning materials;
  • Send joining links, reminders and service updates;
  • Schedule coaching sessions;
  • Provide customer support;

3. Payment Information

Payments are processed through Razorpay and relevant banks or payment providers.

Life Rise Academy does not normally receive or store complete card details, CVV numbers, UPI PINs, OTPs or online-banking passwords. Payment providers process payment information under their own privacy policies and legal obligations.

4. Essential and Promotional Communications

By registering or purchasing, you agree to receive essential communications connected with your payment, access, appointment or program. These may be sent through email, phone or WhatsApp.

Promotional messages concerning future programs, coaching insights or offers will be sent where appropriate permission has been provided.

You may opt out of promotional communication by:

Opting out of marketing will not stop essential communications relating to a service you purchased or registered for.

5. Service Providers

We may use service providers including:

  • Razorpay for payment processing;
  • Meta and WhatsApp for advertising and communication;
  • Pabbly for automation and communication workflows;
  • Kit or another email platform for email delivery;
  • Zoom for live online sessions;
  • Calendly for appointment booking;
  • Google Workspace or Google Sheets for business records;
  • WordPress and Hostinger for website hosting; and
  • Learning-management platforms for course access.

These providers may process information according to their respective terms and privacy policies. We do not sell or rent personal information.

6. Cookies and Advertising Technology

Our website may use essential cookies and tools such as Meta Pixel, Google Analytics or similar technologies to maintain website functionality, measure advertisement performance, understand website use and improve visitor experience.

Where required, visitors will be provided with appropriate information or choices concerning non-essential tracking.

7. Information Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to deliver services, maintain payment and accounting records, resolve disputes, prevent misuse and meet legal obligations.
